Ingredients
8 ounces can almond paste
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup confectionery sugar
In a bowl, mix all ingredients and work together well. Knead until incorporated to create a soft dough. Roll dough into 1-inch balls about 1" in diameter and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately and cool on a wire rack.
These cookies are heaven sent. Not only are they easy to make, but they are delicious and very elegant.

Oh yes, I can almost taste these! So simple, and so elegant at the same time. I may just give this one a go myself.
