Hi, I am Carlos and I write about food tales and worthwhile recipes along with my wife Lori. But, we just can't stop there. We enjoy landscaping a lot and would love to share some of our knowledge with you. Since I was young I have had an interest in plants. My interest in plants was reinforced after marrying my wife. I am very lucky to have married someone with very similar interests. A while ago, my wife realized that she was getting a lot of joy out of helping her grandparents with their garden. After obtaining a degree in communications, she decided she needed to go back to college to get a degree in horticulture. She has been playing in the dirt for over 20 years. So, being very interested in the culinary world, having some gardening experiences and hobbies such as photography, social media, industrial and architectural design, to name a few, we feel that someone out there may enjoy learning or looking at some of our pictures on the subjects that some of you have asked us to blog about. This blog is our opportunity to stay in touch with family and friends, to let others share in our hobbies and to document some special memories. Enjoy!
